Tara Moss
Best-selling author, model, actress, and media 'personality', Tara Moss has it all! Born in Canada, she now calls Australia 'home'. Her thriller "Fetish" raced to the top of the best-seller list last year and her work has been published in newspapers and magazines and internationally. Tara has lectured at international conferences, MC-ed numerous major media and fund-raising events and appeared on countless television programmes, including a popular regular gig on Beauty and the Beast! Lyn Pierse

Lyn Pierse graduated NIDA in 1983 and is currently seen on SBS-TV's Going Home. Theatre credits include Measure For Measure, Divinely Irresistible and The Vagina Monologues. Her films include Dags and she has appeared internationally as 'Sister Mary Leonard'. Lyn captained the first Australian National Championship TheatreSports teams and pioneered TheatreSports teaching across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. She teaches improvisation at NIDA, stand up comedy at The Actors' Centre and her book, TheatreSports Down Under, is in its second edition.

Comedy writer in radio, theatre and TV including Network Ten (Good News Week, Totally Full Frontal) and Theatresports legend!

 

Ewan Campbell

Film, commercials and live TV comic, Ewan is one of Australia's top comedy improvisors with credits including four (count them!) Cranston Cup wins, New York International TheatreSports Festival, Hamlet Improvised, The Unspeakable Mockbeth, Really Silly Cafe, Bonds Have More Fun and the long running Completely Lost in Space. Ewan was the resident funny guy on the Midday show and appears on many other current televisions programmes including the Footy Show.

Clive "Cliffy" Wedderburn

The Bill's PC Gary McCann.
Having trained at East 15 Acting School, Clive worked in the West End Theatre and major rep companies as well as landing roles in television and radio. He also featured in the David Puttnam film "Knights and Emeralds" before joining "The Bill" in 1992. In in spare time, he's a bit of an all round sportsman, playing 'football' (alright... soccer) regularly as well as enjoying horse riding and sailing. He also likes writing in his spare time. Peter Berner

Star of the sharply incisive ABC-TV satire Backberner, Peter is a veteran of the media and comedy scene. A former member of the Andrew Denton radio breakfast show team on MMM-FM, he's performed at many international comedy venues and all major spots around Australia.

 

Wil Anderson

Wil Anderson is one of Australia's most popular stand-up comics and media personalities. A political journalist for the Financial Review until he decided to get a real job - in comedy - he's had audiences in stitches from Edinburgh to Good News Week and now on ABC Radio where he appears each morning on Triple J as presenter of the breakfast show.

 

Steve Bastoni

Star of The Matrix 2, Steve's is well known as the heart-throb star of Police Rescue as well as for major roles on GP, Wildside and Heat. Film credits include 15 Amore and Jekyll & Hyde. His stage appearances include Rock Horror Show & Wogs Out of Work also at the Enmore Theatre!

Benita Collings

Benita is an actress with 36 years experience in stage, film, TV and radio.
For 31 years she has been a TV presenter, many of them with the ABC's Play School. Some of her TV appearances include Rafferty's Rules, A Country Practice, and The Restless Years, and she has worked on many corporate documentaries. Benita has also recorded nine albums and worked with the Sydney, Tasmanian, West Australian and Queensland Symphony Orchestras.

ABC 702 Radio drivetime presenter, author, playwright and Sydney Morning Herald columnist, Richard Glover is one of the most familiar voices in Sydney.
And he loves a bit of impro!


Dan Lloyd

Dan is currently (with Andrew O'Keefe) the holder of the Theatresports Cranston Cup. He hasn't let this fact - or that he's also won the Sydney Uni competition about 10 times - go to his head at all. It's not as if he was at uni for that long or anything... ahem. During his spare time, he is a telecommunications and IT lawyer with Gilbert & Tobin.

Adam Spencer

Host of ABC-TV's Quantum, presenting weekly stories with his unique (alright, 'whacky'!) slant on science. Adam also presents ABC Radio Triple J's breakfast show and has been a regular guest on Good News Week. Adam started out studying Arts/Law and ended up with an honours degree in Pure Mathematics. He's a debating champion and a Theatresports veteran.

 

Marty Lynes

Martin Lynes playes Dr Luke Forlano on the hit TV drama All Saints. Hailing from Perth, he moved to Sydney to study at NIDA and graduated in 1994. He has worked in stand-up comedy and stage roles includes roles for Marian Street Theatre and the Stables as well as numberous gigs, writing, directing and acting in film.

Susie Rugg

Teenage star of Home and Away as Brodie Hanson - who is a walking accident magnet... or is that a 'klutz'?. Of course Susie herself is nothing like that. Even so, if she gets a little too close to the edge of the stage, feel free to call out....
Oh yeah, she has also appeared in All Saints.

 

Kimberley Cooper

Kimberley Cooper is a self confessed party animal who plays the appallingly nasty Gypsy Nash in Home and Away. She's also an award-winning dancer and loves a little kickboxing. Look out rival teams!

 

Murray Fahey

Film and programme maker (Dags, Encounters, Sex is a Four-letter Word, A Change of Heart) film actor (Phar-Lap, Anzacs, My Brother Tom) , writer, director and comic, Murray is a Theatresports legend who has performed in just about about every impro hit show and won the Cranston Cup 6 times!

 

John Knowles

Actor, Writer Director and Theatresports legend, John has featured in such comedy combos as "The Bouncing Sheep" and as the mad evangelist Billy in "God's Cowboys". He has made films and starred in the long-running Theatresports spin-off "Improzac". He's currently playing The Rookie in "Cops on Heat", fresh from the Melbourne Comedy Festival.

Max Sharam
With an international reputation (Europe, Japan) before hitting headlines in her native Oz, Max's humour and musical have attracted wide audiences and critical acclaim . Signed by Warner Music in 1995, her first EP Coma was a warped celebration of revenge, humor, and post-modern genre blending. It hit the top ten nationally and was voted the eighth most popular song of the year by Australia's JJJ Network. Her follow-up album, A Million Year Girl , went platinum and has been nominated for a record eight ARIA awards.

Gary Eck

A regular MC and feature comic at the Sydney Comedy Store, Gary has worked all over Australia and overseas, including the Edinburgh, Melbourne & Adelaide Comedy Festivals, Sydney Casino, New Zealand, Ireland, San Francisco and The London Comedy Store. Starting out by winning Starseach, Gary has since performed stand up on Tonight Live, Hey Hey It's Saturday, The Footy Show and co-hosted Candid Camera on Channel Ten. He's now seen regularly on thecomedychannel's 50 Foot Show.
